Shipping and Handling
Cheese is a perishable item and we make every effort to ensure it arrives to you in satisfactory condition. When placing an order, please make arrangements to have your cheese put under refrigeration as soon as possible upon arriving at your door.
We only ship on Mondays of each week. When holidays or other non-delivery days fall within a week, we will notify you of the date your order is to be shipped.
During May, June, July, and August, our cheese is shipped with jell packs and insolated case for a additional $5.25 automatically applied to the shipping cost.
